Throughout the visit, constructive discussions were held regarding the use of zakat funds to meet various educational needs of the students, including:
a) Infrastructure such as classroom buildings and dormitories.
b) Provision of basic facilities such as libraries, learning equipment, and technological infrastructure.
c) Support for holistic learning activities, including character development and academic programs.
This monitoring also aimed to assess the effectiveness of zakat fund distribution in assisting eligible fisabilillah students, while ensuring that all fund management procedures comply with the established Shariah criteria.
Appreciation and Hope
Maahad Tahfiz Al-Fateh extends its highest appreciation to the National Audit Department and the Selangor Zakat Board for their efforts in ensuring the smooth management of zakat funds and their positive impact on students and the institution. This visit also serves as proof of the importance of collaboration between educational institutions and authoritative bodies in upholding Islamic education.
It is hoped that this close relationship will continue to be strengthened in order to produce a generation of Al-Hafiz who not only excel in memorization but also understand and embody the values of the Quran in their daily lives.
